Top the Tater dinner is scheduled for 5 to 6:30 p.m. Nov. 4 at Backus Community Center. $6 per person includes baked potato, toppings, salad, dessert and beverage. The dinner precedes Border Concert Association Tony DeSare Trio, "My Generation" concert at 7 at Backus Auditorium. Dinner ticket value packs are available for sale at the door. 'GREAT DECISIONS' GROUP

The community group "Great Decisions" of citizen education and discussion programs about foreign policy issues will meet from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Nov. 4 at International Falls Public llibrary in the lower level meeting room. Topic will be "Israel and the U.S.," with Leanne and Bob Crompton facilitating. If a group of students or individuals are attending, contact Diane Adams at the library or Sue Nordquist at 283-8687. Information will be provided if notified in advance.

HOLIDAY PREVIEW

Holiday Preview at Faith United Church is planned for Nov. 8. Doors open at 10:30 a.m. with brunch at 11. Program will feature holiday fashion ideas and table decor. Holiday bake sale and gift table will be available.

BORDER CONCERT BUS

The Veterans of Foreign Wars-sponsored bus to the Border Concert scheduled for 7 p.m. Nov. 4 at Backus Auditorium, Tony DeSare Trio, will pick up at the following times: Hampton Court, 6:05; West Falls Estates and Robb-Ross, 6:10; River's Edge Villa, 6:15; and Woodland, 6:20.

DIVA DAYS

Diva Days are planned for Nov. 7 and 8 at International Falls businesses. Special deals and displays will be featured, and prize registrations will be available.
