BELOIT -- A group of sheriff's deputies and police officer were warming themselves by an open fire outside the Rotary River Center in Riverside Park Friday.
They were standing near the Bearcat armored response vehicle and the Rock County Sheriff's Office's air boat, which was decked out in holiday splendor.
