While Blanchard, a victim of Munchausen by proxy, didn't give any reasoning behind her post, she previously spent eight years in prison for her role in the 2015 murder of her mother, Clauddine "Dee Dee" Blanchard, who subjected her daughter to years of painful medical procedures she never needed.
Blanchard was sentenced to 10 years in prison in July 2016 and granted parole in September 2023. She was later released from the Chillicothe Correctional Center on Dec. 28, 2023, exactly one year before welcoming her first child.
Days after first announcing her pregnancy in a YouTube video in July 2024, Blanchard opened up to PEOPLE about the kind of mother she wanted to be, noting, "All the things that I wanted in a mother, I want to give to this baby."
The new mom said motherhood was a "second chance at life with a kid of my own."
"The way my mother parented me is definitely not the way I'm going to be," said Blanchard. "We always say for the next generation, we want to be better than we were raised."
"'And so, for me, I think that couldn't be any more truthful. I have learned from the experience of the trauma of everything not to do," she continued.
Blanchard most recently celebrated Valentine's Day by sharing a photo of Urker sitting in an armchair while their baby Aurora rested on his chest.
She told PEOPLE that sharing the post featuring Aurora was "a rare occasion" since she previously stated she wouldn't be sharing photos of her.
"It was a sweet moment and I thought my fans would like to see how our little family is doing," Blanchard said.

As for how her baby is doing, she added that Aurora is "doing great" and that she "has grown out of the newborn clothes and is now in 0-3 month clothes and is weighing in at 8 lbs. 15 oz."
